The first thing you mentioned she said when she saw the guy on the date: "He wasn't a magazine cover.... and what's up with the outfit". All SUPERFICIAL. Then later in this write up you mention the lack of chemistry and arrogance. Was it a lack of chemistry becasue he wasn't a "magazine cover" and his outfit was all wrong? With that attitude she'll have this same resolution in 2011 and 2012. It kills me that all these women complain about being single and when I hear about first dates and how horrible they went and the the things they mention that were 'horrible' is "he wasn't a magazine cover" is EXACTLY why they are single. By no means am I saying to settle but stop cryng about being single when a "ugly outfit" was a strike in a date! Give me a break! It sounds like your friend will be single for a long time.
