Amy Winehouse said “no, no, no” to rehab and now she is saying “no, no more” to her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. A judge granted the couple a divorce after a 75 second hearing that neither of them attended.

Winehouse, 25, shot to stardom after her Grammy award winning album Back To Black was released in 2006. However, her drug problems have often overshadowed her talent. The couple married in 2007, but after six months, Fielder-Civil, 27, was arrested for assault and sent to jail. During his prison stay, Blake told Amy’s father that he had introduced Amy to crack and heroin and that he needed to “let her go to save her life.” Two months later, after seeing compromising photos of Winehouse with another man in St. Lucia, Fielder-Civil filed for divorce on grounds of adulterty.
