Patricia Arquette, the star of the TV show “Medium”, filed for divorce from her husband, Thomas Jane, citing irreconcilable differences. This was the second marriage for both actors. They were married for 2 1/2 years and have a 5 year old daughter. Arquette’s first marriage with actor Nicholas Cage lasted 6 years.

Jane, who played Mickey Mantle in the HBO movie 61*, recently pleaded no contest to a single count of driving under the influence. He was sentenced in September to a year’s probation and ordered to pay a fine and attend alcohol-education classes.
